Directions from Exeter
Head northwards out of the city on the Cowley Bridge Road (past the University). At the Cowley Bridge roundabout take the first left onto the A377 (marked 'Crediton'). Follow this road for approximately 500 yards. Take the first turning right, marked 'Upton Pyne' and 'Brampford Speke'. Follow this road for about a mile (up a steep hill and along a short straight). Take the right-hand fork marked 'Brampford Speke', follow this road for 1.5 miles which will take you right into the village. The Lazy Toad Inn is at the centre of the village on your left, just after the turning for the church. A large car park is situated behind the premises.

It's easy to find, but hard to leave!
