Head Chef David Luxon
David joined us in May and brings with him over twenty years of experience behind the stove, a highly qualified craftsman. David is joined in the kitchen by Chef Ashley Chessun, a proud Cornishman, keen gardener and Exeter Grecians fan. Paul Curtis is both head gardner tending the crops and kitchen porter, keeping the kitchen flowing smoothly.
David is passionate about cooking with the finest ingredients, carrying an ethos of quality whilst still considering sustainability. By working with the best of what Devon has to offer he produces a simple but tantalising menu for the Lazy Toad diner.
